Apartments in Naturno, Val Senales
At first glance, our house already reveals a clear focus on clean design and high-quality materials. The natural timber façade defines the modern architecture and creates a strong connection with the surrounding landscape. This approach continues throughout our apartments in Naturno – from the finely grained wooden floors to the choice of building materials and furnishings. Rather than following short-lived trends, we focus on high-quality, durable products and timeless design that puts the materials and the character of the house centre stage.

For breakfast and in our in-house shop, we rely on carefully selected products – many of them from the region, and the eggs and some of the jams even come from our own farm.
We love the natural surroundings of our home and want to share them with our guests. At the same time, we implement concrete measures in our operations, such as our own hydropower, photovoltaic systems and the careful selection of durable materials.
arduus is a true architectural highlight—striking yet seamlessly integrated into the surrounding landscape. Our flats continue this harmony, bringing nature’s beauty inside.
The Oberversanthof also covers its electricity needs with energy generated on site. At the same time, it provides fresh produce for our guests and is home to our animals.
