The roof was carefully planned to maximise solar energy use, while the façade, clad in local larch wood, creates a seamless connection between the architecture and the landscape. When it comes to food, we focus on clear origins and trusted producers. Many of the products in our breakfast basket come from the surrounding area, while the eggs and some of the jams even come from our own farm. For our in-house shop, we also select products specifically based on their origin, quality and production. This creates a range in which traceable origins and high-quality products take centre stage.
